How are interpretation quality and accuracy measured?

Our interpreters are expertly trained to facilitate important communication in business, healthcare, education, and legal environments, to name a few. They have at least one of the following Degree/Certification Requirements: Certification, Washington Department of Social and Health Services; Accreditation by the American Translators Association (ATA); Diploma from a local language institute; Certificate of graduation by the Monterey Institute of International Studies; Certificate by, or graduation from, other recognized learning institutions in the United States or abroad; Qualification by Dynamic Language based on previous experience and reference checks.

What's the difference between all the interpretation options?

Whether you need an interpreter in person, over the phone, or virtual, we have the resources in the languages your district needs.

Can you cover all the languages my district needs?

With specialized interpreters in 300+ languages and dialects, we have resources in the languages your district needs. All our language specialists provide 100% fluency in their supported language pairs, guaranteeing quality and accuracy across deliverables.

Do I have to buy equipment for remote or phone interpretation?

With our OPI (over-the-phone) interpreting services, we can instantly connect you with an interpreter and the party you're calling on a three-way conference call to facilitate real-time communication. No additional equipment is needed.

Our VRI (video remote interpreting) services are simple to set up and easy to use. They can support pre-schedules meetings through your preferred conferencing service or on your device.
